Content: The concept for this product is great, especially if you live in New York City as I do.
The only caveat I have for use of this product is that the straps that affix the unit to the bumper (and are intended to be anchored in the trunk) have Velcro anchor strips that failed to do the job for me after limited wear.

Content: i was looking for the bumber bully everywhere and it was sold out. so i decided to just purchase it online. i really didn't want to pay for shipping. but to my surprise i was charge shipping, just sales tax and my product was upgraded with no extra charge to the one with extra padding. how great was that. i'm glad i got it online.

Content: Though this may not look like the most efficient way to protect your bumper, I assure you it is! It is a high quality product at an affordable price. My sister-in-law bought one not too long ago, and brought her kids over for a playdate. We live in Manhattan, so street parking is always risky. Ususally she parks in the garage near my building, but when I walked them to the car, she was parked on the street, and thats when I saw it, the BumperBully. I was so impresseed, I asked her all about it, and I bought one the very next day. GREAT PRODUCT! It was delivered within 3 days, and when I had a question on installation, I called the 1-800 number, and they walked me through it step by step. Every urban city parker should be equipped with a BumperBully of their own.
