Content: I had one of these pillows for about 5 years. After frequent washings it became less firm so I bought two more. I sleep with the pillow cradled under my neck. It is great for when you sleep on your back or side. It helps ease the pain that I have due to arthritis. Recently I offered my adult daughter one of the new pillows I bought; she loves it!
I've also taken a Dogbone Pillow on a trip to Ireland. The pillow offered me more confort on the long flight.
Summary: Great for your neck! Take it traveling too!

Content: This neck pillow seems hard when I first put it around my neck, but the longer I use it the more comfortable it really is. Most pillows are soft at first then they are no use. This is a keeper.

Content: This pillow is completely useless. I couldn't use it in neither home or in a plane trip. The support area for the neck is so thick that it creates pressure on your neck rather than relaxing the muscles. Due to the meaningless shape, it cannot be used as a regular pillow. Also, there is no way to hang it to the airplane seating or any seating for that matter.

Content: I like this a lot for when I'm at work and I watch movies (I work third shift)but its very stiff (for me that is) and in the middle it crickles and I tend not to like that. It does give me support but it could be better.
