Content: So much better than a tea kettle or a pot of water on the stove! Even better than heating water in the microwave. Fast and easy - perfect for 1 or several servings of anything requiring a cup or 2 of hot water.

Content: This hot water dispenser is nice, but not as nice as the white one. The 'heat' button is easier to press on the white one, and it seems less messy. One thing that is a real disappointment with this one is that you can't fit a bigger mug underneath, only the very basic standard size mug.

Content: I really enjoy having access to HOT water almost INSTANTLY. It is very fun pouring water onto this device and knowing that it will be hot in seconds. For the price you pay to get access to INSTANT hot water this device is priceless. Now i dont have to get a headache whenever i want to make hot coffee or a soup!
