Editorial Reviews Product Description: The versatile stick design of the Cuisinart® Smart Stick® Hand Blender lets users blend ingredients right in pots, pitchers, bowls, or the clear plastic beaker that’s included. A powerful 200-watt motor operates with an easy one-touch control. Blends drinks, purées soup, mixes pancake and crêpe batters in seconds! Both stainless steel blending shaft and beaker are dishwasher-safe.
Customer Reviews Average rating - 4.5
Rating - 5 Date: 2009-01-07 Content: This is the handiest kitchen appliance I have. Blends soups right in the pot in just seconds. Cleaning up is a snap as the blending shaft is dishwasher safe. The only think I wish it had is a storage cap or cover of some sort for the blade, both to protect the blade and other things it might come in contact with. Summary: Easy blend with no mess
Rating - 5 Date: 2009-01-06 Content: Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my parents (they are always in the kitchen) they were thrilled so I can't for anything more from a product. I will edit post if anything goes wrong after a month. So far so good :)
In the meantime I loved the handy gadget so much that I'm going to buy one. Summary: The Blender
Rating - 4 Date: 2009-01-06 Content: I can't live without these things, they're so convenient. I only just bought this one so I've only tested it once making soup but it was smooth and easy to wash (in the dishwasher). The only con, which is a minor one, is that it's a bit noisier than my old Phillips (I live in Europe and bought this one for my mother). Summary: Handsome little machine
Rating - 4 Date: 2009-01-06 Content: This is a very good, simple immersion blender. Keep in mind the casing is plastic (although it looks like brushed stainless), however the blade portion is metal and removeable. Perfect for anyone who just needs a good blender without the fancy attachments. Summary: Excellent value stick blender
Rating - 1 Date: 2008-12-29 Content: Loved all cuisinart products except this one. I can't believe how cheap this one feels and behaved. Broke in less than 10 uses.
