Content: I'm glad amazon started selling auto parts. Cheaper than local, no ship/no tax. As for this particular filters performance, well, I haven't sampled the oil and screened it analytically for decomposition. If something bogus happens in the next year I'll definitely call K&N *and* update this review.

Content: In my opinion not worth the price difference.
I prefer to purchase Supertech filters, just as good or better at a fraction of the price.

Content: K&N is well known for quality and it is great to be able to buy these on Amazon. I have a Mazda Protege and this is very easy to install/change given the wrench fitting on the end. No more messing around with oil filter wrenches or caps that get stuck on the filter. Quick and easy and quality too.
