Editorial Reviews
Product Description:
All T-Mobile bills provide accurate and detailed records of all calling activity.

Customer Reviews Average rating - 2.5

Content: Cell phone bill could be better without activation fee and email/internet monthly fee. Two phone two activation charge. Would be better deal without the activation fee and email/internet service fee. I had to take email /internet service for a monthly fee $9.99/$19.99.(forced to take Six month)
Summary: First month bill too high

Content: I purchased a new Nokia 6133 phone through Verizon a month back. The product was delivered to me on time and it was complete with all the mentioned items mentioned on the package. From a scale of 1 to 5, for item delivery I would give a 5. I am still waiting on the rebate which normally takes 6-8 weeks.
Nokia 6133 is a compact flip phone with all the applications you could think of neatly loaded into it. Navigation is easy. I have always been used to flip phones so decided to go for the same this time and am pretty happy with the buy. The button provided to flip open the phone is also a cool feature.
As for the downsides -
1) The graphics take up too much battery power. The battery capacity definitely need to be improved.
2) The voice mail does not give details of time and date when the caller called. I have never seen such a voicemail before. I normally have to go back to the missed calls or call logs to see when the person called. I asked a local Tmobile dealer and he could not find a way to turn on this feature.
3) If the same caller called be three times I see just one missed call from him which is again annoying. Instead the caller should be listed thrice.
4) The camera button needs to be removed from the side and placed elsewhere as it tends to get accidently pressed if inside a purse or pocket.

Overall I would rate this product a 4 for customer satisfaction. It's a good product and would be better with the above mentioned improvements and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Nokia has done it again!
Summary: Would recommend this phone
