Customer Reviews Average rating - 5.0
Rating - 5 Date: 2008-08-30 Content: I'm impressed with the volume which this absorbent material soaks up. I use it to wipe down my jetski after each usage. It removes water from nearly all hard-to-reach places and leaves the craft virtually dry. Conventional towels or other rags would take 2-3 wipings, and this thing seems to act like a squeegee, except it doesn't push the water, it soaks it up.
I am giving this product 4 stars in hopes that it will be 5 (let's see how it stands up over time) in a few months. Summary: highly absorbent material
Rating - 5 Date: 2008-05-11 Content: These thing do work pretty well.
You just have to ring them out hard.
I use the bigger one on car drying and the smaller ones around the house.
ie, drying the dog after his bath, sopping up a spill in a carpet. etc. Summary: Absorber
Rating - 5 Date: 2008-03-11 Content: I've been using absorbers for longer than I can remember. I never dry my car or motorcycles with anything else. They don't damage the finish, soak up tons more water than towels or other chamoise, and actually help you stay streak free when drying. This is by far the best drying tool available anywhere. Swimmers use them, car cleaners use them, any time you have liquid that needs to be picked up... this is it. You can even through them in the dishwasher or washing machine when they get dirty. One of the best inventions EVER! Summary: Don't use anything else
Rating - 5 Date: 2008-03-07 Content: Pros:
-Works better than a chamois in absorbing water.
-Does not produce streaks when drying autos. Spotfree!
-I cut it in half or a quarter size and it is great on the kitchen tops, sink, bathroom,...
-Works marvelous on kitchen spills
-Cheaper than chamois
Cons:
-You have to store it moist in the canister or it will dry stiff as a cardboard. (Dip it on water and it is good to go again).
-Storing it moist promotes growth of bacteria and micro-organism. Forget about using it on your body as a towel or drying your plates, pots and utensils. Summary: Works superb! Great alternative to chamois.
Rating - 4 Date: 2007-08-22 Content: Got this as a combination of gifts for my GF. She uses it all the time on her car and has no problems with it. I would suggest getting the size larger , so you don't have to take the water out of it as often. Summary: Works Well
