Content: My daughter is 16 months old and loves this wagon. She has so much fun just climbing in and out of it. The storage bin under the seat is a great feature also. So far the only problem we see is that the door seems to be a little difficult to close now.

Content: We bought this wagon for our 2 girls ages 3 and 1 yr old. It had already had great ratings. We got a great price for it including super saver shipping. We also loved the idea of adding the tag along wagon when we have our third child. Although when we got the wagon, it did not come with the instructions, safety belts and lug nuts for the wheels. I called Step 2 and the cust. service rep was exremely nice and helpful. She took my information and sent out the missing parts quickly. In the mean time our girls loved opening the side door to the wagon and getting in and out repeatedly. They pretended it was a boat. So I guess it can be used for multiple purposes! Kids have got a great imagination! I definately recommend this wagon

Content: Bought this with it's trailer. It came with the assembly parts kinda screwed up. It had an extra axle, extra cap nuts, but missing the trailer hitch and the hardware for it. I called Step Two, and talked to a woman there, explained what I needed, and was very satified with their help. I mentioned that it was a birthday present and I needed it by the weekend(it was Thursday) She said she'd try to get it to me as quickly as she could. I got it in Saturdays mail. I was extremely happy with the service I got. It was the best I've had from anywhere in a long time. The instructions should be read a few times before you try to assemble it. Not difficult, but some things should be thought out first. The wheels can be put on backwards, which I did, I put two on one way, two on the other way. Was glad it came with the extra cap nuts. I used two of em. Still had seven left over. I would buy one again, very tough outfit, the kids, and adults love it.
