Customer Reviews Average rating - 4.0
Rating - 4 Date: 2008-12-24 Content: Accurate readings though hard to see in a darker lite room.
Nobs on back are too difficult to use often. Summary: Life Source Scale
Rating - 5 Date: 2008-10-29 Content: I've owned this scale for a little over seven months and I've found it to be very accurate. It reads right along with the scale at the doctor's office, the gym, and at Weight Watcher's. It is by far the best scale I have ever owned. Summary: LifeSource UC-321 Precision Personal Health Scale
Rating - 5 Date: 2008-09-14 Content: We'd been reading reviews and looking for scales on Amazon for years when we saw this one. We were hesitant to buy them since it seemed the other scales had a lot of problems with accuracy and consistency. Generally scales are not precise to a tenth of a pound as this one is, either.
This scale is consistent, accurate and precise. It accurately measures my basal body weight to within a tenth of a pound. After I've had a big meal or if I have clothes on, it measures the additional amount. It matters if you shift around on the scale, so you need to stand still. Also, the instructions are clear in that the scale should be on a flat, level surface.
It is very simple to weigh our little Yorkie. It has a feature that allows you to set a reference weight (your weight) to zero and then you pick up the dog (or whatever) to see exactly how much it weighs. It came out exactly the same as the vet's scale.
We'd considered getting the compact version of this, but this one is really not that big. Very light and thin. We are quite happy with it. We need accurate weights so it was worth the extra money to get a scale that consistently tells the truth. What is the point of a scale that is off by several pounds each time you use it, even if it is cheap? Summary: This scale is GREAT!
Rating - 5 Date: 2008-08-08 Content: Am incredibly pleased and satisfied with this diet scale. It is consistent with doctor/medical scale. It has solid, weighty construction, which helps keep it from being bumped/jolted by errant feet, etc. It provides one, unchanging weight (vs less expensive scales can provide range of weights). Very happy with this purchase. Summary: Outstanding.. exact..accurate...
Rating - 1 Date: 2008-07-30 Content: This scale has yet to be accurate. It seems to fluctuate vastly. I'm disgusted with this product and plan to return it. I was hoping that "digital" meant more accurate. I am told by many sources that the old fashioned scales are much more accurate. So much for the age of technology. Summary: UNRELIABLE
