Album Description:
A remarkable revolution is taking place in Latin music these days, as electronica and remixing meet the more traditional rhythms of Argentinean tango, Afro-Cuban son, Brazilian bossa nova and Colombian cumbia. On Putumayo’s new collection, Latin Lounge artists such as Sidestepper, Si*Sé, Charanga Cakewalk and others prove that there can be a magical blend of modern musical trends and traditional Latin styles. While Latin Lounge features several internationally known artists, it also highlights discoveries such as Bebe, a singer-songwriter whose recent collaboration with electronica DJ Carl Jean has made her a star in her native Spain. Content: I bought this disc for my gf on a whim, since she generally loves Latin rhythms, and I sure lucked out: this disc is fabulous! This is some of the best driving music too; very relaxing, yet lively enough to keep you awake.
It's hard to recommend this too much, it's just *that* good!

Content: I have this CD and a few others. Every now and then I like to check for new releases. What I would like to know is WHERE ARE THE TRACK SAMPLES???!! WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM?? I listen to songs before I decide to buy, so if you want to sell a CD, then put them back.
