Content: We have had a Sharp microwave oven like this, for almost 10 years. It still works but it needs a little persuasion to get it to run. We decided to get a new one for Christmas. The oven works great! BUT, after a week we noticed that the inside finish is cracking and peeling. We had to go back to using the old one.
Amazon will replace the oven or refund the purchase price, and even pay for the return shipping. Very good customer service from Amazon.

Content: This appliance works much better than my last sharp. As for noise complaint I didn't find it to much different than my old microwave. Only bad part about stainless steel is that you see all the fingerprints everywhere. Really liked the speedy service.
