Rating - 1 Date: 2009-01-08 Content: I bought the coffee maker thinking "it's got to be really good for that price"! Well, not too long after I got it, the little piece where the coffe comes out from broke. They said I would need a new tank and I said I shouldn't have to pay for a new tank, it's not that old. they said they would send it to me, I would only have to pay for shipping. I agreed. Well, now the tank leaks, and like someone said in earlier comments, you better be prepared either to empty the tank after the coffee brews or a messy cleanup. I called Hamilton Beach, and she said it would be $20 for a new tank plus my state tax. I said for the price of that coffee maker, I shouldn't have to put more money into it, especially since I had already put like $12 into it already. She said she could delete the shipping cost but that was all she could do. I said, "forget it!" and told her I was not giving them a good review. DON'T BUY THIS COFFEE MAKER. The chances of your getting one you won't have to put money into is slim. I love the "one-cup" concept but the quality is terrible. It's also more work to upkeep than cheaper coffee makers. Mine is going into the trash! Summary: Love the concept, not worth the price!
Rating - 5 Date: 2009-01-07 Content: The Hamilton Brew Station does a good job of brewing coffee, in fact I think it does a better jb than the more expensive Cuisinart Brew Station that I originally purchased for my motorhome. This one takes up less room and makes a very good cup of coffee. Summary: Hamiklton Beach Brew Station
Rating - 5 Date: 2009-01-06 Content: I love this coffeemaker, except the coffe tank starts leaking after a year or so. I like it so much, I either try to get the tank replaced, or just purchase another one. Summary: Love it!
Rating - 5 Date: 2008-12-25 Content: I love it! It keeps coffee hot and there is no carafe with which to deal. Very programmable! Summary: Excellent!
Rating - 5 Date: 2008-12-22 Content: I found that it works well from 6 to 12 cups. Under 6 it is hard to determine coffee quanity. The 'Keep Warm' timer is a great feature that I find very useful. Of course the brew timer is nice to have also.
It cleans easily which is a big plus.
Summary: Works good.
