Content: We bought this microwave to replace our old one that died after 14 years.
This one is almost perfect. I do wish that you could use the timer simultaneously with the cooking process. Our old one did that.
It's a small thing though. It has so much power that it actually
fractured a plate I was cooking on yesterday. Hadn't seen that happen before. It happened at about 10 minutes while cooking the large pot pie.
It's very big and roomy. It has a huge rotating glass tray.
Overall I love it!!

Content: This unit is great and the only reason it did not rate a five star is because my wife doesn't like the push button door opener. She would like to be able to pull on a handle to open the door. As for me, I would give it five stars. I read allot of reviews before I chose this unit. One review said that their unit was noisey but ours is not. The plate of food option works great for me. It is the first microwave we owned that actually heated the whole plate of food evenly. It has an unbelievable amount of space inside. We are very happy with it.

Content: We had great previous success with a Panasonic microwave which caused us to purchase this one with the expectation of little or no learning curve. Unfortunately on our initial couple of uses it blew up a potato and burnt popcorn to a point that we cannot remove the burnt popcorn smell from our new microwave oven and kitchen.

This microwave should be easy to use but has a personality of its own.

Content: I've had this for a few weeks now and I'm quite pleased. It's good looking and does what it should. I admit that I haven't tried to do anything but basic stuff, so I can't speak to some of the "bells and whistles". The ONLY things I'm concerned about are the tendency of the turntable to slide out of place while it's going around, and that the buttons are a little difficult to push. I do have arthritis, so that might be my fingers, more than the appliance.
