Content: The Brother HL-2040 printer that I purchased from Amazon.com has given me trouble-free performance. By using a laser printer, its toner cartridges pay for themselves when compared to the ink cartridges for an ink-jet printer. The Brother black laser cartridge is about $10 more than a black ink-jet cartridge but it lasts about 4 times longer. That is why I print all of my black-and-white paperwork on my laser printer but only use the ink-jet printer for paper work that requires color, and for photos.

Content: Original Replacement and worked out of the box. It is an original Brother toner in a brother packaging. I'd stay away from 3rd party replacement as they usually do not perform as well as the original.

Content: I did not have time to respond back to Amazon. Actually Amazon sent me Brother compatable tone not the original from Brother. I feel that is totally wrong and please refund my money back. Please let me know.
