Content: As with most things, the assembly/mounting instructions left a bit to be desired in terms of accuracy. However, this grille guard is not very complicated, so figuring out specifically how to mount it wasn't difficult. It is a good looking, stout product and I was not left "wanting" for anything to be improved on it.
Shipping however, was an entirely different story. It was supposed to be 5 day economy shipping. It finally showed up 18 days later, after badgering the freight carrier many times. Amazon was zero help or assistance in getting the shipment kicked loose out of the Seattle freight depot where it sat for 12 days before finally being delivered to me (65 miles away).
Summary: Great Product, Poor Shipping/Customer Service
