Content: Purchased this unit after having already bought the Safco 9424MO (36 slots, no drawers). This makes a great companion unit, fastening under the 36 slot unit. Took about 45 minutes to put together.
The Safco models are superior to the Fellowes models, which use cardboard for dividers. We're using them as mail slots for church leaders and fellowships.

Content: The filing system was delivered promptly. The weight of the box would have led me to believe that shipping should have cost more than it did, thankfully not.
The directions could have been easier to follow had they had a few words instead of just numbered pictures .. Yes it is kind of self explanatory, but a little bit of literary would have been that much easier for assembly.
Otherwise, it is a nice sturdy unit and so far it has been a great asset to my small office.

Content: Assembly took about an hour. It was easy and documentation sufficient for any moderately handy person to perform. Once assembled, the organizer is solid. It looks attractive. The drawers function as well as any that don't have rails. The item functions as expected in helping organize up to 8-1/2x11 papers or literature. My only negative comment is I wish they offered it in a darker oak. This is a medium oak, not too blond, but fairly light -- just a personal preference.
