    Amazon.com Product Description:
This heated bath lets you enjoy watching backyard songbirds all year ‘round. A built-in thermostat and 150 watts of power prevent their watering fountain from becoming a skating pond, even on the coldest days. Completely hidden from surface view, the heating element automatically keeps water temperature between 40 and 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The bowl is also specially designed to attract and encourage birds to land. A textured surface and shaped rim allow a bird’s talons to easily grasp and perch, while the gradual slope promotes bathing. Crack-proof even in subzero conditions, the bowl measures 20 inches in diameter by 2 inches deep. It comes with a sturdy, 30-inch-high metal stand and 15-inch power cord. (The bird bath can also mount on a wooden deck railing.) Made in the USA, this item is covered by a three-year guarantee.

Content: Even in our below zero weather, it kept the ice clear. The stand works well, easy to level and sturdy. The enclosed U clips make sure the squirrels do not tip it over. The stand was well made and easy to assemble.
    Summary: A great winter waterer

Content: The screws to hold legs together did not work so had to use duct tape. It held together ok then. Only problem is, no birds have used it. Not sure why. Maybe they get enough water from the snow.

Content: The API 970 20 inch birdbath has been a giant hit with the birds. The water does need to be changed almost daily because the patrons don't exercise proper spa sanitary habits. It's January and the water doesn't freeze, and there are often three or four birds enjoying the water. My one problem so far has been some varmint tipping it over at night, but I put some bricks on the legs and that seems to have cured the problem. I'll install it more permanently in the spring.
Summary: Fun (for the birds) bird bath

Content: If looking for a Winter bird bath, this is the best!
We used to use bird bath heaters, they never worked well in
cold weather, only keep a small hole in the water open.
This Bath keeps all the water free, no matter how cold it
    gets! (We are in Michigan).
The only negative we have found is the stand, It is kind of cheap. We just used u hooks pushed in the ground to keep secure. You can always easily attach to deck railing.
For keeping the Birds happy, this bath is great!

    Summary: Best Bird Bath
