Content: Replaced the older all black batteries that came with my drill. This battery lasts longer. It is definately not worth MSRP, but I bought through amazon for about $50.

Content: This battery is fine for hard use and charges quickly with the original charger. The bright yellow color is a plus when working at a job site. The original one lasted a couple of months beyond the warranty, which was somewhat disappointing. Nonetheless, I feel that DeWalt tools are high quality and worth the price.
