Customer Reviews Average rating - 3.0
Rating - 1 Date: 2008-11-03 Content: I bought this and one smaller size. Right from the start there were problems!!! Actually the pictures looked good-when it worked. Programming it is virtually impossible!! AGH!!! Never again will I buy a product from this company! NEVER! Summary: Awful!!!
Rating - 2 Date: 2007-12-08 Content: I could get the wifi working as advertised only after about three days of troubleshooting. I emailed customer support (ha!) and NEVER even received a reply.
But the worst is that if you take the frame more than about 10 feet from your wireless router, there will be no signal and it won't work.
I even have a signal booster on my router - enough so that my neighbors can see my network- but when I took this frame downstairs, no signal - no pictures wirelessly. It doesn't look like you can add an antenna which would look stupid anyway, but my advice is DON'T buy this thing if you want it to work wirelessly in another room in your house. Summary: wifi reception horrible
Rating - 4 Date: 2007-08-01 Content: The product works very well. I only wish it would hold more than 80 pictures.Digital Spectrum USB Digital Photo Frame (8x10) Summary: Pacific Digital Photo Frame
Rating - 5 Date: 2007-01-09 Content: Frame was very easy to setup with USB or wireless, took all of 5 minutes to get the wireless configuration done and working. Summary: Easy setup, excellent picture qualility
Rating - 4 Date: 2006-03-02 Content: Good product, probably the best digital frame in the market. Drawbacks are the user interface and the difficulty to set-up the wireless connection. Summary: A good product, best in the market
