Content: I bought this mirror so I could study the irides of my eyes (Iridology). I am giving this rating a very high rating for those who want to use it for that purpose. The optical quality of this mirror is extremely high, in fact, I was shocked at how good the optical quality is. As far as I am concerned, it is distortion-free. For those of you who are considering using it to examine your iris, the trabeculae in the iris are easy to see and are very clear. The same is true of healing lines. The bottom line is that you can see all of the detailed structures of the iris.
It took some practice to shine a flashlight on my iris with one hand while holding the mirror steady in my other hand, but that is true of any hand-held mirror. Some people might want to buy a model which stands on your desk - that way the mirror with stay steady. This company sells mirrors like that too.
