Rating - 5 Date: 2009-01-06 Content: I bought these gloves for my husband as a Christmas present as he works outside on our farm in all kinds of weather. He loves them! He tells me they are so warm and keep his hands dry. No complaints at all. Summary: Great gloves!
Rating - 5 Date: 2008-12-18 Content: These gloves are the best winter gloves I have ever owned. These are 100 percent waterproof, as described. Go ahead. Plunge your hand into an ice cold bucket of water. I kept the gloves in the water for about 2 minutes and they didn't leak. They also kept my hand reasonably warm. Just make sure you don't let the water get past the cuff, or the water will get inside the glove. These gloves are tough. They are also really warm and have soft fleece inside. These aren't bulky like most ski gloves, and have good grip and dexterity. They fit nicely too. The gloves don't look as great as they do in the product picture, though. They look a bit different, and a little more crude. They also have a yellow strap, not a gray one. Overall, these gloves will keep the water out and keep the warmth in during cold winter days. I am looking forward to using these for snowball fights. Summary: Youngstown Waterproof Winter Plus
Rating - 5 Date: 2008-12-14 Content: These gloves are exactly what I wanted.
They are made very tough. I bought them actually by mistake.
I was looking for good winter gloves, these are actually more like work gloves, but they are tougher then plain winter gloves, and they are warm.
Summary: Very warm and comfortable
Rating - 3 Date: 2008-11-12 Content: i bought these gloves because the reviews and the ad said they were warm, waterproof, and rugged. they are actually pretty tough and dont seem to wear out quickly. and they are close fitting enough you can grab things with them, and they even look pretty cool! but my complaint is that they are not warm enough! in 40f degree weather, riding my bicycle, my hands freeze! my hands would be better off in fists stuffed in my pockets without gloves! and they are not really waterproof, but more like water resistant. i expected more from these gloves and i was let down. if you are not in really cold weather and not in an area that it rains often, then these gloves will do you fine. but if you actually need WARM and WATERPROOF gloves, i recommend something else. Summary: Not warm enough!
Rating - 2 Date: 2008-09-08 Content: I used these gloves for a few weeks in 40-60f degree weather and had no real problems until it rained heavy. In heavy rain they soaked through in about 2 hours. Definitely not good for something that claims to be Waterproof.
Overall thier decent gloves. However if your looking for gloves that can handle being in heavy rain and not soaking though look elsewear. Summary: Definitely Not waterproof.
