Rating - 4 Date: 2009-01-06 Content: I bought the castle bouncer for our two year old daughter and it ended up being used by our eight year old also. The two year old will jump in the castle for at least an hour everyday and loves to push the balls through the holes in the walls and have sword fights. Our eight year old will turn the castle into a playhouse when her little sister lets her! The only drawback is that I have to fill the base with air everyday. After two weeks it developed a small leak and I have been unable to locate it. Summary: Great for releasing that excess energy!
Rating - 3 Date: 2009-01-02 Content: We blew it up on Christmas Eve...the next day it was deflated. Very disappointing. We will return and possibly try another one. It has good reviews, but for us it was a disappointment. Summary: I'm sure it's fun if the air stays in....
Rating - 3 Date: 2008-12-26 Content: I bought this toy for my son,who loves it! The thing is that we blew it up(and it is huge) and a few hours later the walls started caving in. I am going to try to find the spot where it is leaking but it will be hard because of the size. It was going to be an inside toy,but the size of this thing makes it hard to find a good spot. It is a good toy,but I am disappointed with the leak. Summary: Slow leak!
Rating - 4 Date: 2008-12-19 Content: Well besides the fact I popped the "seam of the crown shaped top of one of the lamp post"..As i began the pump not noticing at that time.. the " light posts" are attached 2 Area 2 another valve..or WHATEVER...lol until I had already gave it air where i saw a valve on the light post, and Got that shock of sound & life, when a ballon pops unexpectedly. there are MULTIPLE VALVES as well as a few sequenced instructions to follow. As u see i didn't read first. I does pay..lmao.. we r trying rubber glue so far .. waited for it 2 dry & re~ inflated it diddn't stay we will keep trying.
~*~*~*~*~* There was no bad "new toy" smell as previously mentioned by one or two reviews. And it cleans well with CLOROX WIPES.
I have it n my furnished LIVING ROOM with my christmas tree up & the space is not overwhelmingly crowded or taken up with this thing.
My son is still very young for this but I wanted it for his 1st Birthday theme in MARCH/09. hubby thinks I'm pretty smart 4 this one instead of renting.. u can just buy Great Bouncers Here,:P
This is OUR FIRST CHRISTMAS with our little PRINCe so i Bought it.. It looks great like the photo..cute & it seems to be Able to be filled with enough air & be safe to be bouncy enough, yet still sturdy & is High enough on the sides so kids r not going to be spilling out the top. easily.
i enjoyed as well that it arrived at my door Lickety Split.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! 2 I'll take pictures & post them soon.
Summary: Great!!! I BROKE It.
Rating - 5 Date: 2008-12-14 Content: We bought this for my 18 month old son, and so far he is loving it! He loves to bounce, run and hit the walls, roll around in it, throw around the balls, and put the balls through the holes on the side. It wasn't too big for our living room so on rainy days he can play, or I'll put it outside w/ a tarp underneath. We had the wrong kind of pump so it took about 45 min total to pump but that isnt too bad. The balls aren't too hard, they are durable, yet soft enough if a child fell on them it wont hurt. My ONLY complaint is that the swords nozzle for air wont stay closed but thats ok because I didnt want him to have them anyway.
Great fun and Great price! I also would not get for any children over 3, and not allow more than 2 maybe 3 (if they are smaller) in at a time.
So far he's spent a total of 1 hour the first day in it and today about 45 minutes. He loves it, i love it. Summary: GREAT fun!
