Little assembly is required to use this extra bowl, as it's made to fit on the Cuisinart ice-cream maker. Content: The Cuisinart Ice Cream maker is great, but it does not make a lot of ice cream at once. I would recommend the extra freezer bowl if you have kids.

Content: The cuisinart ice cream maker is the most used kitchen electric appliance in our house - we make frozen yogurt in it as frequently as every day or two. The ice cream maker is a great product.
The extra bowl allows us to always have the ice cream maker available without having to worry about whether the bowl has been sufficiently frozen. For frozen yogurt (and ice cream) lovers, this is a great addition.
